Fourth Trimester Support Group

Are you a new mother navigating the first few months after birth? You don't have to do it alone. The fourth trimester is a crucial time for both physical and emotional healing after childbirth. It can be a challenging period, but connecting with others and getting support can make all the difference. Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, we're here to help!

The group meets the second Tuesday of every month from 10-11:30 in downtown Waukesha. The address will be shared with you after registration. Babies are welcome and encouraged!
