Through doula services families will have the support and education necessary for a healthy pregnancy and beyond. The program is available to all birthing people who are at or before 30 weeks pregnant, no insurance required. Mental Health America- Mental Health & The New Father | Dads | Between the lack of education about the challenges of fatherhood and societal pressures of masculinity, dads don’t always pay attention to their mental health after bringing a child into the family.
