Employee Well-Being

Supporting perinatal employees creates a culture of true belonging.

At Moms Mental Health Initiative, we know that pregnancy and postpartum can feel overwhelming—especially in workplaces that were never built with mothers in mind. Our Employee Well-Being Program helps shift that reality. We go beyond basic accommodations and give your organization practical tools to ensure perinatal employees can genuinely thrive.

Modern Office Meeting

Addressing Gaps

We’re constantly tracking where perinatal people still struggle to access the support they need. The stories we hear every day make it clear: navigating mental health needs during pregnancy and postpartum can be stressful and isolating. Our program is designed to help employers close these gaps, strengthen support systems, and create a more responsive environment.

Building a Culture of Belonging

Your organization already values the women on your team and is working to foster a sense of belonging. We help you take that commitment further. As perinatal mental health advocates and experts, we work alongside you to evaluate and elevate your policies, benefits, and workplace practices—creating experiences that reflect the realities of perinatal employees and promote their overall well-being.

MMHI’s Employee Well-Being Program helps you build a workplace where perinatal employees feel seen, supported, and able to succeed.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

1 / Culture Assessment

This process is about your culture at your company, so we will take the time to understand where you are right now, and where you want to go. This will include conversations with key leaders and with staff throughout the organization. We will also look at policies and procedures. As experts in perinatal mental health, we will frame the assessment around the experiences of pregnant and postpartum people in your organization.

2 / Goal Setting

What is the culture of belonging you want to create for pregnant and postpartum people in your workplace? Let's work together to establish a vision for this project. Then, we will provide consultation on whatever new programs, policies, procedures and learning needs to occur to build your organization's culture of belonging.

3 / Implementation

Moms Mental Health Initiative wants your workplace to succeed in building a culture of belonging where those navigating pregnancy and new parenthood as employees feel comfortable and confident showing up authentically.

We will continue to guide you through the process of reaching your goals.
